Partner Development Manager: North America

Collaborating with the leading cloud providers, service providers and data center technology experts, the TSO Logic software platform builds data-backed business cases for IT transformation.

Our rapidly growing software company is expanding our partner program and building our team to meet demand. This role reports directly to our Chief Sales Officer and will lead partner development for North America.

Please note: For this position, you can live and work from anywhere in North America.

Core Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop partner relationships for TSO Logic
  • Promote awareness and the value proposition of the TSO Logic Partner Program within industry
  • Develop a deep understanding of Partner special pricing processes, promotions, deal rebates, bundle benefits, and other competitive programs to further relationship
  • Become an expert on competitor’s pricing and strategies
  • Partner with TSO Logic sales to support business development
  • Organize on-boarding and training activities for new partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of partner/channel sales management experience preferred
  • College or university degree in Business Management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving
  • Strong business acumen and experience with revenue and margin analysis
  • Excellent planning, organization and cross-functional project tracking skills
  • Customer focused (internal and partner audiences)
  • Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong work ethic, can-do attitude and good moral judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to deliver clear, concise information to partners and team
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and work independently with minimum guidance in a fast paced, changing environment
